Tourism Update collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

The information gathered on this website is used to provide users with services as well as enable Tourism Update to gather information on users interested in their products and services.

This website is used primarily for the digital distribution of Tourism Update, and upon registration you will be requesting that a notification email is sent to you when a new edition of Tourism Update is published to the website. If you wish to disable this facility.

Service-related Announcements

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account from your profile on the website.

ABC Requirements

To ensure that Tourism Update follows the Auditing Bureau of Circulations(ABC) regulations, on viewing an edition of Tourism Update your profile will be linked to this edition. This will allow us to recognize that you have requested/read this edition. A report with your information will be sent to the ABC for auditing purposes to verify our circulations figures.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)

We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners. This information does not identify individual users. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

Service Providers

We use other third to provide development and hosting services on our site. When you sign up for your personal profile, we will share personally identifiable information as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
